Brand identity for contemporary café with Lappish twist.
Simo Viljakainen was setting up a new café in Äkäslomolo and needed a logo that reflected the contemporary atmosphere of the café.
Both money and time was at the essence, so we started with the logo and added elements along the way: newspaper add, beach flags, a-stands and logos to the wall. Together they started to make up a full brand identity that reflects a contemporary café with Lappish twist.
When there is not enough time or money to invest in a full brand identity, it’s better to start from small and grow as your business grows. Good aim is to have your full customer journey and each touch point branded eventually. That way all sides of service your is telling the same story: your brand story.
